Jake from Linek did an amazing job on my kitchen sink. It had not been working properly since we got new countertops and a new sink a year ago. He talked me through what the root cause of the issue was and did exactly what needed to happen to fix it. No corners cut.

Show up when they say they are going to. Explain the scope of work. If there's something they can't handle they tell you who can. Part of the ceiling had to be yanked out, they did the tear out but said they wouldn't do a good job on the plastering. The plaster guy they suggested did a great job. OH! We thought we had a drain issue and they showed us how it had miraculously repaired itself. They could have said, Your C36 ratastat had to be hyper reamed, give us $1,000., but they didn't. Hire them.

Super responsive, in fact came sooner than he said he would. Saved the day! Highly recommend.

Mike is excellent. We had an issue that went on for months and he finally figured out what the problem was/is. He was dogged in trying to determine the problem while also being professional, courteous and response. Kudos to Mike!! A+ Mark Harrington

Back in May 2018 I called four Plumbing Co.'s for a quote to repair a water main break to our bldg. Apparently Merlo showed up, but did not let anyone know from this Co they were here. We had a 10x6 sink hole in our parking lot where the break in the pipe was. Merlo billed us for a camera to locate the leak. (funny). The bill also states Gave all info to Greg Burton for a bid.. We never received a Bid for repair. I have called Merlo 4 times and have spoken to Vickie which assured me someone will call me back. I have sent 2 emails with no reply. We still continue to get a bill for $200. If I could rate this company a 0, I would. Very poor customer service
