Glenn arrived at my home today right on schedule. He took the time to listen to my concerns & gained knowledge of the problem. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do & went right to work. He was nice enough to allow me to ask a few question while he worked which served to educate me about general maintenance of the pipes. Glen was truly a pleasure to have as a specialist in my home & an excellent worker. He was able to resolve the problem very efficiently. I can not say enough good things about Glenn & Roto-Rooter. They are a very reliable company with excellent specialist sent to your home to take care of your plumbing needs.

Thank goodness for Steven #854. We called in an emergency on Friday afternoon. The 1st technician showed up close to 5pm. It was obvious he wanted to end his day. He left and another person showed up at noon on Saturday. Nice man and he knew the equipment he brought would not work. We explained numerous times what needed to be done. They had been out here 3 years ago. Finally this youg man said he would get a tech with a snake out here. Now in comes Steven with the snake and 45 min later problem is solved. I don't know why they wouldn't listen to us but it is fixed now. And again thank you Steven.

We had the same issues as the other reviewers. Reginald Jennings came to our house in a van that was for mixed media and reeked of marijuana. Our house still reeks of him. He chipped our marble shower and then asked for an exorbitant price for his faulty service. Do not be scammed by this guy!

Ben was outstanding! As a first time customer I was very impressed on all levels! From my initial phone call to Ben fixing my ac, everyone was great. Cheerful and adequately explained every step. I’m so happy I found Hoffman Brothers and will definitely recommend to others. Also they offer text updates on Ben’s arrival … not a 4 or 8 hour window for arrival. Just a wonderful experience!

Came out to look at a pressure regulator they put in a little over a year ago, told me this one was bad and it’ll be $795 to replace it. I told him the part should be under warranty it hasn’t been two years since you put it in. After another phone call to his boss the valve was no longer the issue and it’s a calcium buildup (funny how the diagnosis changed so fast after warranty was brought up and they weren’t going to get my $800), they wanted to flush the lines to see if that would resolve the issue. I asked how much that would cost and was told it’s part of the $89 service fee to come out. After “flushing the lines” which was just adjusting the pressure on the regulator and turning on the spout outside for 5 minutes I was told that will cost $320! I paid the $89 and was told not paying the full amount would void the warranty which is fine by me. Just felt like a big scam job and not good business practice. Won’t use them again.
