After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

Highly recommend Lemay Plumbing. I had an issue with my tub leaking from the piping in the basement only when a bath was ran. I called around and several plumbers were either backed up for 3 weeks or charged $190 just to come out and didn’t include materials (Bieg)!

I called on Monday and they were able to schedule me for Thursday. Elmer was very informative and fixed the issue of the overflow drain leaking because of an improperly sealed gasket. He was quick, I think only here almost an hour, and explained/showed me the issue causing the leak. The price was very fair. I will use them again for all plumbing issues.

I would like to sing the praises of J.E. Redington Co., a local plumbing company that has been in business for over 100 years. One week ago, on a Sat., my gas hot water heater of 18 years “died.” I first called a plumber I had used in the past and when his bid came in at over $3,000 for a basic 40-gal gas hot water heater, I called friends in the Commercial Construction business (VSP Construction & AJ Plumbing) for advice. It was then I was referred to J.E. Redington—I first researched this company on-line and the Better Business Bureau and found nothing but glowing reviews. After speaking to Tammie in their front office & their estimator, Rick Jr., I hired them; the installation was done on 2/11/22. J.E. Redington Co should not only get 5 stars, plus many more, but should also get awards for going the extra mile, excellent customer service, patience, kindness, and superior workmanship. No hidden costs, few, if any problems, just a job well-done. The Journeyman, Bill, was terrific and efficient and his apprentice, Brandon, was just the best. From Tammie in the front office, to Rick Jr., to everyone I’ve met at JE Redington, I now know why they call themselves “Your Home Town Plumber. Thank you J.E. Redington Co for being one of the few, most honest, most reliable companies out there today!

Tom is the owner and a great person to do business with. I called him this past sunday. He literally was at my property within 15 minutes of my call and fixed the sewer problem. His rate is fair and he'll tell you how much it'll be on the phone, unlike all the others who won't even give you a range to work with until they do an estimate.Tom is an honest man doing an honest business and I highly recommend him.

We highly recommend Drain Masters for all your plumbing needs! My husband and I purchased a new home a few months ago, and the sinks and showers in our upstairs bathrooms have always drained very slowly. We tried every do-it-yourself product we could find. The drainage problem would clear up for a few days but always came back worse than before. We were worried about calling a plumber because of the hassle of scheduling, as well as the expense. It couldn't have been easier with Drain Masters! They gave us a two hour window, and the dispatcher called us at the start of the window to let us know the plumber would come within the hour. Ron was prompt, professional, clean, and incredibly efficient! He identified and fixed the problem immediately and wiped down the sinks and cabinets underneath when he finished. He even returned the items under the sink to their places. The cost to fix the issue was less than what we had spent on all those do-it-yourself products we tried before calling Drain Masters.

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.
