Our basement mainline was backing up. Was originally thinking roots in the pipes from trees out by the sidewalk and street. David de Anda (actual licensed plumber) came out the next day, on time and even called ahead. Very professional and friendly. He listened to a few different issues I was having besides the obvious back up. He gave me fantastic advice, didn't oversell or try scare tactics. Then he attacked the main problem however after trying a few rooters and a video determined it was a cracked clay pipe near the sidewalk. BIGGER PROBLEM. David made sure I knew how serious it was and told me exactly what the next steps were. He even gave the report priority and I had it and the video e-mailed to me hours later so I could start the process of getting Maplewood City to make the repairs. I was very impressed by Mr. de Anda. He was easy to talk to and I came away more educated about my house's plumbing and how our system works.¡Salud Bro!!!

Tom was very professional and told us cost upfront. Unfortunately the clog was way out there almost to the main line and it was extra for more line but he explained that to us. Did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him for sewer clean out. Even gave us tips on how to keep the tree root problem at bay. Would definitely call him again.

Scott Baker showed up on time, performed repairs and complicated maintenance on 2 very old systems in Webster and did so professionally and with a great attitude! Will definitely be using them from now on.

Quick turnaround! Our water heater was out and it was determined a new one was needed. Our last one was 17 years old! They came out the next day and knocked it out. Great experience. They also offer a 10% military discount.

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.
