Best Plumbing in Saint Louis MO
Robert at SOS plumbing has helped me out with several plumbing issues over the past year including installing a new toilet, making several smaller repairs and installing/upgrading a water heater. Robert was on time or early for all the jobs and offered clear information on the projects he was performing. He was quick to figure out our issues and kept the prices affordable. He also had great suggestions to keep things operating more efficiently after upgrading our hot water heater. I would highly recommend using Robert at SOS for all your plumbing needs. Thanks guys!

Walked in at 2:05 Saturday, today. As we walked in I was told in a loud voice,,, we closed 5 minutes ago. There were at least 15 customers in the store. I was shopping for a 20m bathroom renovation.
Customer service is everything when you sell the same thing many others do. 2:00 close on a Saturday is pathetic. I GAVE 1 STAR because negatives not a choice

***Update: The plumber came back to resolve this issue. While I am not fond of the lack of responsiveness before from the admin side, the plumber was absolutely professional and extremely thorough today. Thank you for resolving this issue. ***

We are upgrading our kitchen, including the kitchen faucet. We experienced a delay between countertop installation to faucet installation. We remained flexible and rolled with it.
When the plumber arrived, he was professional and wore shoe covers.
He completed his work and we began the dishwasher and opened the faucet to verify. All was good.
That evening, we experienced extremely low pressure and low flow. We called and they returned the call with a potential fix, clean the screen of any debris. It increased flow and pressure, but not to the original setting.
Over the past few weeks, we have lost flow/pressure and ran the solution they gave us. Each time we have less and less flow/pressure. At this point, we don’t have enough to wash dishes or clean the sink. It takes about 3 minutes to fill a 12 cup coffee carafe.
The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they have not responded to any of my 3 calls after the first one. I have also contacted Hallmark Complete (contractor coordinator) and Home Depot (service seller), but they have not been able to get Byrd Plumbing to respond. Between the cost of the service, lack of timeliness, and lack of responsiveness, I am not recommending Byrd Plumbing.

Our heat went out on a frigid day in March. When I contacted Brett from JT Dunn Climate Control, he immediately tried troubleshooting the problem over the phone. He arrived at the house a short time later and I had already rectified the problem myself. He still took the time to check out the unit and offer advice. He DID NOT charge us a service fee! He is a super nice guy, very polite and easy to deal with. He definitely has our business in the future!

I had a whole house water filter/conditioner system that I wanted installed but was having a hard time finding a plumber. Even though it was different than what Jason was used to doing, he took the time to figure out how to do it properly. He was honest about his experience and pleasant to work with. Definitely glad I did not go with a huge company where the salesperson who bids the work is different from the person who actually does the job. I would call Pipe It Down again!

Very impressed with the service provided! What I really appreciated were the updates and the time spent explaining the services needed (and only those that were really necessary), offering different options, providing recommendations, and taking time to answer all questions I had. The work was completed in a timely manner, Jim handled all necessary permits and city inpsections, was very professional, and very competitively priced. I would highly recommend!

Their timing, professionalism, and quality are the best I have seen working with a plumbing company. All-around excellent customer service!
