Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

An entire heating and cooling system is a major investment, and I felt perfectly comfortable purchasing my system from Rhymes, and they exceeded all my expectations. Being that I'm a bit obsessive-compulsive, I am very much a perfectionist about the slightest details, and the system was installed beautifully. It was like looking at brand new Cadillac. Every detail was perfect, and Rhymes fulfilled their promise to replace anything they deemed necessary at no additional cost from the original quote. The crew that that came to my house were all friendly and polite and their installer Ron was fantastic and a true tradesman that obviously takes pride in his work, and not only did everything look nice, my basement floor was the cleanest I’ve ever seen it in 18 years living here.What more ore can I say. We really like Hoffmann Brothers! We’ve used them for all of our AC and heating needs over the years. They’re responsive, clean, and if it’s not perfect (which is rare) they’ll fix it quickly! Highly recommend!
