Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

We’ve always been super happy with the work and the service is fantastic from the initial call to to the completed work.This time Justin fixed a leaky toilet for us. Same day service. New bolts, wax ring and line. He even silicone sealed the base.Our 16 yo nonverbal autistic son was very interested in what he was doing, and Justin was super patient with him and super nice.Super recommend Hoffman- get the service plan.
