These guys are great and Joe is the best! I have 2-furnaces in my house and they installed 2-humidifiers, serviced both furnaces, and plumbed in the gas and exhaust vent for my gas dryer all in one day. They arrived on time, Joe stayed late to finish the job, and the work was excellent. I highly recommend these guys.

No response from them.. Sad..

My Aunt hired them. She needed a new fluid master they said. That was the reason for her water bill going up. This was an upstairs bathroom. They charged her 285.00 to install a 20.00 part and was there 20 minutes. When she ask for a receipt Thadeus told her it would be mailed. She has never received one. Not only did they rip her off the problem was a faulty faucet in the lower level bathroom that wouldn't shut off. If you are elderly or a single woman don't hire this company. I called and talked to the lady that answer the phone and she assured me Thadeus would call me back. Never heard from anyone. You this company at your own risk.

I'm a long-term customer. Rhymes has taken care of our HVAC needs for over 15 years. This visit was to explore options for a new HVAC System. As always, I was treated courteously and professionally.11/'21 Update: Installed a new HVAC Sytem. Dave and Antonio did a great job!Today's visit was to check on an issue I suspected. Turns out I was wrong! All was just fine! Frank checked the furnace out, and took time to teach me what was happening. As usual, Rhymes service is the best!7/'23 Update: Spring Checkup...
