Jake from Linek did an amazing job on my kitchen sink. It had not been working properly since we got new countertops and a new sink a year ago. He talked me through what the root cause of the issue was and did exactly what needed to happen to fix it. No corners cut.

We needed our water heater replaced in January 2021 and decided to go with Anytime Plumbing after getting several quotes. Steve, the owner, and one of his workers showed up on time and did a good job. Though he tried to tell us it wasn’t necessary, we paid an extra $100 for a permit in case we decide to sell our house. Steve said he’d go to city hall later that week to get the permit process started. I have been trying to reach him since February about the permit with no response to email, voicemail or text. It’s been 10 months and I’m still waiting. It makes me wonder if maybe something is not up to code and that’s why he’s avoiding the permit. I will say that the water heater has been working fine.

We've had a rough start to 2018 and one of the components was our kitchen faucet leaking. I called on Saturday morning (around 9:00) and the project was completed by 4:30 PM the same day! Our toddler was sleeping and we also have a newborn, and Carl came in and worked swiftly and quietly (as quietly as possible, anyway). The pipe setup was a mess but he engineered effective solutions to the issues. He was friendly and competent, and although it's never fun to have home issues, it's made easier knowing it has been resolved by true professionals. While I couldn't use them for my plumbing, they walked me through exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue, a video of how to do so, aswell as scams to avoid. While I can't use them for work in Jefferson County, I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends solely on that transparency!

We're very pleased with our first experience with Rel-O. It was a relatively small job of replacing a water line value, resetting the toilet and fixing a tank leak. Very responsive, polite and professional gentleman did the work and the cost was quite reasonable. We prefer small, local shops like Rel-O and happy to say we believe we've found our plumber for future jobs.

After being left in a lurch by a contractor who installed a granite vanity top in our bathroom, Tony LaMartina saved the day! This granite company failed to inform me a completed job would mean no water and no faucets installed. I called Tony LaMartina and they had someone out that afternoon.
