2 Baths in a DuplexMy stepson owns a duplex in South City that was built in the 1920's, so the plumbing left something to be desired. We received several bids to replace both cast iron drain stacks, re-work all of the supply lines for the two bathrooms, and re-set the fixtures. We chose Maplewood Plumbing as they were one of the least expensive bids. Brad, the estimator, was very helpful in explaining the project and showed us how we could save money by opening up the walls ourselves for the plumbers to come and do their work.All went according to plan and the project was completed and inspected on time. During the work it was found that some of the fixtures were broken and couldn't be used. They allowed me to bring new pieces in and they were installed for no extra charge. A few days after completion a valve started to leak in the basement. This was not part of the new installation, but an old valve that failed after having been opened and closed a few times. A plumber was on site within 90 minutes after I called and a new valve was installed in less than 30 minutes for no additional charge.Great to see a company that still stands behind their work and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for it. I'm very glad that we went with Maplewood Plumbing.

Disappointed they left me Hanging. They came out (both Partners) and I was encouraged by what they knew and their experience. AND THEN NOTHING. I would sporadic calls saying they were coming back out to take more notes and then NOTHING. Wouldn't show up and I wouldn't hear from them Business must be good. I was looking forward to working with them but not any more. We ended up with another Painting company as a partner to assist us in restoring our Historic Home.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

The initial service was good. Came out the very next day and completed all the work to get my house up to code. About 2-3 weeks later had an issue with a pipe that the plumber fixed and called to have them come back out and fix and was told when and what time they would be there. Well they never showed up, or called to tell me they weren’t coming! I called them again and they apologized and told me they would send someone out the next day. Again, they didn’t show up or call! What good is a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it or follow through on work they performed. Very disappointed and will report to the BBB.

We have used Cocos Plumbing for 2 pretty good size jobs and we were completely satisfied. The timeliness, the professionalism and the entire experience was as pleasant as a big plumbing job can be. Bill came to look at both jobs, discussed with us and wrote up the estimates (which were spot on), he came by during both jobs to check on the progress. We were very pleased. Jason did most of the work on both jobs and he did a great job, was friendly yet professional. Cocos Plumbing will be who we calll whenever we have a plumbing issue.
