Last January a second-floor pipe burst and caused significant damage to both floors and the basement. Mike and his team worked with our insurance company to do the best job they possibly could, which in my case was a lot. Mike called and arrived exactly as planned, explained all the options and new stuff (hadn't had Roto-Rooter out in about 7years as they did such a phenominal job before!) and he did a preventative cleaning of the drain with camera view as well. Mike was in and out in just 30minutes, cleaned the line, showed me a potential drain problem in the future, gave some great advice...and even found the long ago buried outdoor service pipe under 6 of dirt! Mike was awesome!
