I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told his friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..

Rick and his team from Performance Plumbing did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. They were very efficient, finishing my entire project in one week. They were always on time and cleaned up before they left for the day. They made sure I was satisfied every step of the way and went above and beyond to make everything look perfect. We had just had a different company clean our lateral line 6 months prior.When the sewer backed up again, I called Able Rooter and Tom picked up the phone (refreshing) and had someone out in a few hours. Able was able to show me the block on their camera and hydro jetted the roots in my line. Responsive, modern tech and nice people. Oh yeah, the line is now clean. A very happy customer!
