Tom is very responsive and easy to work with. Tom has done sewer cabling and hydro jet work for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs sewer work done!

Be very careful that the quoted price is what you're charged. They seem to have a tenancy to upcharge after the work. I've used them several times.

Absolutely the best service. We called at 10am as our hot water tank had gone out. The call was answered by a very professional, knowledgeable lady who explained the process and gave us an estimate of the price should we need a new tank and said the tech would check it out and tell us our options. Tech arrived and did exactly what she said let us choose fixing or replacing. We chose a new tank as ours was 15years old. He proceeded to replace the tank leaving long enough to go get the new one. Two hours later we had hot water again. Very pleased. The tech was very nice and also professional. The price was exactly what the lady had said it would be not a penny more. We could not be happier. They did exactly what they said for exactly the price quoted and had it done within hours. Great experience. Any future needs we will contact Plumbing Experts.

I went through a long haul of plumbing issues in my house these past few weeks... everything from my kitchen sink getting clogged up, to the dishwasher overflowing, to the laundry pipe overflowing, and the main sewer line backing up. I called a different plumbing company first and was told that I would have to have the pipes under my basement floor replaced. Called AA Quick and had a plumber come out to do the main sewer line. Had to call AA Quick a second time, but this time I requested one of their best technicians - which they sent the next morning, who spent over an hour inspecting, clearing, and testing all of my plumbing. It was very evident that he was proficient in his job and wanted to make sure that everything was done thoroughly and correctly. After he was finished, I asked how much I owed him - and he covered it all under warranty. AND he cleaned up the mess downstairs! I could not have been happier with this technician and his attention to the job. I would recommend AA Quick to anyone in town - and they also had the best prices!

From the first contact throughout it is clear that customer service is a priority. We have struggled in the past to find HVAC service that was up to date on our system, even asking why the thermostat was beeping and asking for the manual. Not the case with Randy. He was clearly knowledgeable on our system, identified the source of our problems and offered honest and accurate solutions. We now have the peace of mind that comes from honest and reliable service.Update - Our project manager was Glenn and at no time did I feel the sales pressure that so many companies come at you with. He took the time to make sure I understood our options, answered all my questions and stayed available into the evening when we made our decision.Install - Steven and Cassie did a fantastic job. They were very efficient while also being very patient to the many questions and clarifications I had. They were very respectful of our home leaving behind no dirt or signs of the old equipment that was removed.As mentioned at the beginning, the customer service at Hoffmann Brothers is top-notch. It is obviously emphasized from the top down. I have spoken with three different ladies when calling in and all three were helpful and in no rush to get off the phone until they were sure all my needs/questions were met. Thank you Jan, Tammy and one other that I didn't write down. This was my first time working with Hoffmann Brothers but I plan to use them for all services they offer moving forward. Not because of only one piece of this experience but because I encountered 7 employees over a 4 day period who made it obvious that they work in a positive culture for a good company.
