Best Water Heater Repair in Saint Louis MO

I originally called Roto-Rooter and they were a no show so I called SMP and the Manager John David gave me a reasonable quote and showed up 15 min early. I was very satisfied with the work and outcome.
He even charged me less than the original quote. I would definitely refer this company to my friends and family.

I had an emergency on the weekend that we had all the snow. After trying to find a plumber with no luck, a friend recommended Bore's. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and stopped the water leak. He was very nice and professional. I would recommend Bore's if you have a problem.

Horrible service. They installed the shower base crooked. They were supposed to come fix it but no one showed up. Now they are ignoring us. Avoid them!

I was impressed with the communication and the professionalism of everyone I dealt with. They were able to address the job very quickly as well, which is why I chose them.
My only complaint is the high cost. This was a pretty simple job of replacing my outside faucet with a new frost free one and adding a different cut off valve. It only took about an hour and my charge was $589. My water main had to be shut off while I tried to find a plumber, so I was not in a position to get multiple bids. I do recommend the company, however, if cost is a concern, I would get bids before using Kirkwood. In the future, if I have plumbing needs, I will get bids, but I will consider Kirkwood among them.

Awful, untrustworthy company, if you use this snake get a specific contract. He lacks completing his work.
