I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!
