I had Trenchless out last November to snake out my main line (my first time with this co.). This usually happens about every 1 to 1.5 years, since I bought the house over 15 yrs ago. I called them out again last week to do the same and also snake out the kitchen/laundry area, I had planned to pay for this service. They told me the main line was still on warranty, so I wouldn’t be charged for that but I would have to pay $99 for the kitchen/laundry, which was fine. Well, they snaked the main line, but they didn’t have the right tools to do the kitchen, so I had to call the dispatcher the next day to schedule another appointment.

Well, six days later everything is backed up again in the main line and they won’t cover the “warranty” work, but will come out again and give me an estimate for repairs. If the work had been done properly, there is no reason why it would back up less than a week later. Which makes me feel like they are just trying to upsell me on more services. I am just really, really disappointed, I thought I’d found a new plumbing company, but I guess not.

Val and his crew at golden valley plumbing were great to work with. When I look for a contractor 4 things are important to me:
• good value/price (and sticks to quoted price)
• knowledgeable and skilled
• honest
• timely

Golden Valley plumbing accomplished all of these and more when they installed a natural gas hook up. When it took longer than expected they stuck to original price and finished with a clean and professional job. I would suggest them to my family, and hope to use them for a bathroom remodel soon!

Had good experience with Domco Plumbing in past , they replaced my water heater 5 years back. Recently we had to replace toilet with a new one and got a reasonable quote from Domco.
They scheduled immediately. Jose came on time and found few problems with the setup and added raiser etc to ensure there will be no issue with new toilet.

I would certainly recommend Domco for any plumbing work.

After big storm I reported my leak to my insurance company AAA who was on it. I quickly had experts call. Bullseye Leak Detection was awesome. I watched as they carefully combed through all possibilities. Steven Scott was my technician, friendly, polite, and efficient. They found the source of leak which and even checked my water pressure before they left. Since California is trying to conserve water I see this as a complementary extra that should be appreciated by the water conservation experts. They found a sprinkler head leak when they were called out to find a kitchen roof leak. Thumbs up!!!

Boyd Plumbing was a very good experience from start to finish. The person who did the scheduling was courteous, and called giving me a heads up when the plumber was 30 minutes away. The plumber came the next day. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and super nice. We had a great talk about football.

I've been using Sac Val for years both for my home and my customers' homes. Each and every time I get professional, quick, and courteous service, and today was no exception. Had the unfortunate experience of the sewer backing up at my own house, and called, within two hours the first guy arrived and then some helpers--Tim, Tim, and Ken. All worked on the two sewer lines I have until all was free and clear. Thanks guys.
