I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

Rooter Hero Joshua came the same day I called and at the time I requested.I feared there was a clog in a bathroom drain, but he spent time observing, testing and listening. He offered to do a drain cleaning if I wanted it but found, in his opinion, no need for it. I had questions about the condition of the water line into the toilets, and also questions about getting new toilets. He did not pressure me to buy, just answered my questions and gave me answers from his knowledge and experience of the products and parts of his business.Joshua was a kind, careful and cheerful worker who clearly knew his job and enjoyed it.

I had them come to fix my AC, after the $80 inspection the capacitor needed to be changed. After a quick search I found the capacitor at my local Walmart for $8 ready for pick up, I was charged $203 for the same part. After speaking with the technician he told me that the extra price covered materials and labor. There were no materials needed, the installation was as easy as changing a light bulb, less than 5 min. If I wanted my part installed another day I was going to be charged $185 for the visit and labor and $205 for the part. I called the office and the receptionist told me that she was going to verify that I was charged for the right part, she was gonna look on the books if I got the right price and part charged for. BOOKS!!! BOOKS!!!? It is 2017 and your prices are in books? So I had to wait for them to call me back. I'm not gonna tell you how to run your business but maybe if you get the prices on a computer your prices will be the same throughout and make the expierence a little better and QUICKER for your PAYING CUSTOMERS. So you guys charge twice per installation? How is it justified a 40x price increase? The job was done right but I felt that I was taken advantage of.

He was very responsive and got the job done in a timley manner. Very reasonably-priced. Will definitely be using him again.

I have used Jeff's Plumbing on four occasions, for my rentals and my own home. They respond quickly (sometimes in less than an hour), courteously, and have never failed to identify the problem. Most recently, they solved a water pressure issue that had beaten two other plumbers.

If there were more stars, I would give them. Since there aren't, I will simply say that I recommend them highly.

This company was assigned by my warranty company. My issue was no hot water coming in shower. The technician came from this company, inspected and told that they will order a part and will schedule the appointment to install. After 2 weeks the technician came and replaced the part, technician was ready to leave, I asked him to stay until I test it out. The issue wasn’t fixed. I told him to check. The technician then called few people and didn’t appear confident in the next two steps he asked me to do which would cost me extra expenses.There was no paperwork provided either. The office staff was unprofessional. Another company was able to fix the issue without the need for me to follow the two things that was told by the technician of this company. I saved money and able to take showers now. I do not recommend this company as they were not professional, inexperienced and didn’t commit to fixing the issue.
