Great job on changing out my water heater. Delivered & removed water heater, job was done in a reasonable amount of time with everything up to code. Price was great under $1000! Glad I found a honest & reasonable plumber!

Terrific service! Technician was able to come earlier than scheduled, unclogged the drain in about 30 mins, totally professional and personable, and the bill was more than 100 cheaper than another quote I received from a different company.Hopefully won't need a plumber anytime soon but I'll only be using Rooter Hero.

I had a leaking toilet and BRET PIERSON of ACE PLUMBING came to the rescue. He repaired the toilet and also drained the water heater at my request. He identified the need for new cooper pipes to be installed as rust has impacted the water flow through the home. He provided me with an estmate. Bret was thorough and professional. I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. The plumber was wonderful! Very attentive and precise! Able to unclog a kitchen drain without having to hack into the pipes.

Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

I had this company dispatched through my home warranty the technician came out diagnosed the unit I waited 2 weeks for parts the part worked for about an hour and stopped working I called the company they were very unprofessional said they were not going to fix it and would not return my money either I don't know who runs this company but this is definitely not the way to do business and I will definitely be contacting the BBB and a lawyer in this matter Thank you and have a great day
