Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

SCAMERS, Don’t use this company. They scammed me out 3 thousand dollars I now have to get back. My sinks were backing up. They sold me on having to have new pipes put in, and that didn’t fix the problem. They came back w/ a supervisor ran a snake and the back was gone. They then found a new problem and after admitting they misdiagnosed the problem they offered to credit me 3k an the next problem they found. They have not returned my calls, so I am having to take this up the chain to get my money back. Save yourself for this and don’t ever use this company. They 30+ complaints w/ BBB. They only post positive reviews on their website. Bait and switch, scammers, this company should not be allow to do business.

Excellent service from technician Dennis. He fit me in after hours on a weekend! Clearly knows his profession and communication was great. Let me know exactly when he'd have a chance to look at my A/C unit, and when he was in route. Highly recommend Dennis from ACE plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. My partner and I had been asking around for weeks getting quotes for a small AC system from a bunch of the mainstream companies. Every person that came out felt very fake and it felt like they were trying to sell us an overpriced system that was more than what we needed for our small house. From the second we spoke to the technician from Gallagher's, he was extremely personable and helped us navigate the entire experience with little stress or worry. Everything was transparent and there was no hidden costs or fees. I was extremely impressed with the level of service and down to earth personality that everyone at Gallagher's had. They cleaned up after themselves and did an extremely good job putting in the system and mounting it to the walls. We are overjoyed with our new AC system and thanks to Gallagher's we will be staying cool this summer. I fully trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air. Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

Same Day came out at about 1pm to unplug, later that afternoon I called them to inform that toilet was still not flushing. They advised that they were working on schedule and would call me back with a time. They never called, I followed up the next morning and was advised that I would have to wait for Monday. Very dissatisfied that they did not do the work correctly the first time and now they are having me wait for 3 days. But they sure did take my $$$$
