I had an emergency on a Sunday. My kitchen sink was clogged and there was water everywhere. I had an AMAZING experience. From Kyle who answered the phone, to Anthony who came out and fixed the clog. They sent a text message beforehand with a photo and name of who was coming (super awesome) and kept me updated until he arrived. They didn't overcharge and were considerably cheaper (and more effective) than some other companies I called. The clogged sink was a nightmare but now that it is over, I am happy that we chose them to come out! If you're reading this, go with this company. You won't be sorry.

Water heater went out other places were 3 days out and $1000 over the Ace estimate, they were also at my home replacing the water heater within 3 hours not days. Richard and his helper were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, the inspector was highly satisfied with the quality of work. Will definitely be using Ace for any future needs.

This is the best plumber I ever had they do their job very quickly and the prices are really really good.

AC went in middle of worst heat wave ever in Sactown. I called Park Mechanical (Galagher) and unlike other places, were available for same day service. Benjamin was polite, professional and tidy. Found issue right away, gave estimate to fix and off we went! Would definitely want Benjamin working on my system if something else ever goes wrong...

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
