Rooter Hero replaced all of our water supply valves & lines for the bathroom sinks and installed a new kitchen faucet. All three of the guys involved; Shane, Jeff & Thor, were friendly, knowledgeable & competent! Did a great job!!!

These plumbers are timely, courteous, and upfront about prices and procedures. The job was flawless, and every area was left spotless!

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
