Best Sewer Drain in Sacramento CA

Just got my drains cleaned and was very satisfied. The price was so reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. He brought to my attention other issues that may arise BUT he gave me honest alternative ways to solve them and ways I could save money, instead of trying to milk me for my money. I appreciated that so much because I hate being scammed. I will definitely recommend & will be using them again!

We had a very dangerous gas leak and Rooter Hero was able to get someone to us pretty much immediately. Keenan Chiu was the plumber who assisted us. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed the problem perfectly. He understood our needs and concerns and he was extremely reassuring as he proceeded to work on the replacement of the entire piping under the house.I was 100% satisfied. Mr. Chiu even gave me his cell number and we followed up later to make sure there were no additional problems.I recommend Rooter Hero and Keenan Chiu for your plumbing needs!!

Great company!!! I had a plumbing issue and called 3 different companies for quotes. Gerry from ace came out had up front prices and even a suggestion on how to save some money. When I say they are unmatched it workmanship , customer service and so much more and best of all reasonable by the time it was all said and done I had a working sewer and spent less than a 3rd of what there competitors said the work should cost. They have been top of the line for me on multiple properties and will be the only ones I work with.

Safi is definitely reliable and effective. He has helped me with many issues at my rental properties and he always comes as soon as he possibly can.

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues. Same Day came out at about 1pm to unplug, later that afternoon I called them to inform that toilet was still not flushing. They advised that they were working on schedule and would call me back with a time. They never called, I followed up the next morning and was advised that I would have to wait for Monday. Very dissatisfied that they did not do the work correctly the first time and now they are having me wait for 3 days. But they sure did take my $$$$
