Company was quick to get someone out, which is great when it's the kitchen sink that's totally blocked! Kyle showed up as promised, explained all the options fully without pushing me to the highest priced one. He worked quickly, cleaned up after the work as clean as can be, and my dog loved him (and vice-versa). The dog and I both give him and Zoom Drain five stars.

Charles was absolutely amazing! He provided me with great deal of information and also lots of helpful tips to help me in the future. Definately would use Rapid Rooters and their services again if and when needed!

I contacted Miracle Works Plumbing and Drain to perform service on my tankless water heater, as I hadn’t had it serviced in over 5 years. The day before the appointment, I received an email confirmation. The next morning, I was promptly met by Jeff, who was wearing a face mask and plastic boots and he was ready to work.

When I took him to the water heater we noticed that there appeared to be a leak, as it was much more than the typical amount of water due to condensation. He did a thorough inspection, contacted Rheem and was told that the system needed replacement. Fortunately, it was still under warranty, so Jeff made all of the arrangements and rescheduled an installation date.

On install day, Jeff contacted me to let me know that the manufacturer sent an internal tankless system as opposed to an external, and it was going to be shipped up from Bakersfield. He apologized profusely for the shipment error and stated that he would wait until he had the tank in his possession before rescheduling and would make it a priority. Keep in mind, that I was never out of hot water, so it wasn’t anything urgent, but Jeff made it his top priority.

Less than 48 hours later, I have a newly installed tankless water heater that is also up to current Yolo County code with the addition of an expansion tank.

All in all, the company did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment.

We got taken advantage off by a large shady plumbing company. We got ahold of Brandon and he was extremely helpful and saved us a massive expensive with what turned out to be a straightforward repair. I will be calling these guys for our next plumbing job.

Boyd Plumbing is fantastic and I highly recommend their services. Even before moving in, a toilet overflowed at my new-to-me house. Well beyond my expectations, they were able to send a technician out in about two hours. Eric was great! He was professional, courteous, friendly and, above all, knowledgable. He fixed the toilet issue as well as other concerns that had come up in the home inspection. Then he took the time to walk me through the house and explain some of the plumbing features and functions. Definitely beyond the call of duty. Boyd Plumbing would get 10 stars if that were possible and thanks again Eric!

Bill and Codey have done a few jobs for me. They are always on time and communicate everything very well. From start to finish I know what's going on and how they tackle the issues. Its hard to find a good plumber but to find a great one is even harder. Five stars for all 6 jobs they have done for me...

Called another company first, but they could not schedule me for three days. Called Roto-Rooter and they were able to come in a few hours. Carl T. was great! He is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was in working order before he left and no mess was left behind. Next time I will call Roto-Rooter first!
