Great communication, professionalism and service! The appointment booking, available times and confirmation process were all so easy. Day of service, Kyle took the time to explain the work and everything was completed thoughtfully and thoroughly. While I can't say I'll look forward to future drain issues, I'll definitely do business with Zoom Drain again.

Daniel and John did a fantastic job installing our cast iron shower pan. They will be our go to plumber for any future needs.

I was recommended this company by my other plumber who said they didn't do sewer line work. Dispatch was super friendly and had one of their guys out within the hour. He was friendly, explained that the back up was either and issue for them or the city. He contacted the city. He waited at least 40 minutes for them to come out. He kept me updated. They didn't charge us for anything, because the back up was on the city side of the line. So I wanted to leave a review and say I would be happy to use this company again when needed.

So glad I chose Miracle Works. The guy I worked with was super professional, punctual and did very good work. Would definitely recommend!!

Update May 2, 2022:
After posting my concern below the manager called me and offered a partial refund which I recieved. She stated she would address the issue so it didnt happen again. The quality of work was excellent.

Called to see if a plumber could come out to swap out an old shower valve for a new one. They said they could sent someone the next day between 12 and 2. The wall was open for easy access and I supplied the valve. At 3pm a plumber showed up. He quoted me $525 for a job that took just under an hour. I was in a bind cause the tile guy was prepping for tile and needed it done. I felt as if Domco took advantage of my situation and charged me a higher price.

The plumber worked hard to fix the leak but the repair didn’t hold and about an hour later our backyard was flooded and a scheduled concrete pour had to be rescheduled

Jeff from Abe Lincoln Plumbing came out today to take a look at a leaky toilet. He was attentive to what I told him about the issue and took the time to explain things to me. He identified that our toilet was sitting high enough that it didn't actually touch the original wax ring, causing the leak, and was able to put in two rings to raise the seal up to meet the toilet and resolve the issue. It was excellent working with Jeff. I will definitely work with Abe Lincoln Plumbing again!

Their experience and knowledge are unmatched and the quality of their work is fantastic. We have used them for numerous jobs at our business including, brand new toilet replacement, internal parts replacement on some toilets, sewer main clean-out, plumbing for brand new drinking fountain in Service Dept., brand new deep sink wash basin in our warehouse. Next up will be a new compact water heater in our warehouse for our newly added deep sink. It is so hard to find good, reliable plumbers these days and we just cannot say enough great things about these guys...they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! By the way...we've also used them at our home, not just for our business...again great service and quality!
