My hot water heater gave out overnight. I called Ace and they sent out their tech, Joe Bailey, right away. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful in every way. He was able to answer my questions in a way that I understood which is a rare ability. Joe impressed me as the kind of employee that any employer would value.

Zoom Drain got someone to us on the same day to fix our issue. Kyle walked us through the different choices, answering our many questions in plain language, and transparent pricing. He was friendly and Covid safe. Definitely recommend!

The owner Danny came out yesterday morning, it was a yucky situation first thing in the morning, he almost thought he might have to go get the serious machinery, it was a weird angle on pipe, but he figured it out without having to get the serious machinery. My wife and I just had the best plumbing service ever performed by Domco Plumbing. Justin and Alfredo showed up promptly for an 11AM service call. Purpose was to determine why we have such horrible shower pressure. They professionally and thoroughly researched the situation and corrected it. Not only do we have great water pressure now. Our spa has been leaking for years Dan from Bullseye was able to find the leak and make a temporary repair until I can get the fiberglass repair service back out here. This leak has been ongoing for years. It took a few tries to find the leak but now that it's finally repaired I'm satisfied.

Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They are incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and even spend extra time giving me pointers on how to take care of smaller plumbing issues on my own, which saves me money. I’m a new home owner and Bill and Cody have patiently listened to all my questions and explained so much to me-Thank you guys for your help!!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
