I am terribly disappointed in the amount of money that I spent on having my kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets repaired. All I needed was to have the cartridges replaced, due to a very slow drip with each of the faucets and not wanting to waste water. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist advised that typically these types of parts are on the technicians vehicle when I inquired. I was quoted $89.50 for the 1st 15 minutes and then $39.50 for each 15 minutes thereafter plus parts. I was told that between the assessment and repair, it should take under an hour for the work. That said, I was expecting to pay under $300 total. Turns out, the technician did not in fact have the parts on his vehicle and said that he would need to run out to their shop to get them. He came back nearly an hour and a half later to complete the repair. I was shocked when he told me that my total was going to be $466.70. I inquired about the amount and he said that my time also included the transit time to pick up the parts. I was not made aware of that ahead of time. I called the office the next day to inquire and was told that that was the case and she looked up why it took so long. He had to go to 2 different locations because the 1st location did not have the parts. He ended up getting them at Home Depot which is literally 3 miles from my house. Had I known that I was going to pay this much money for a simple repair, I would have bought brand new fixtures and had them ready to install when the technician arrived. My fixtures are visually in good shape, so I had thought it would be wasteful to replace them. One of my bathroom faucets was still dripping after the repair, so the technician did come back out and fixed it. I feel like I was very much ripped off and will never work with this business again or recommend them.

My shower drain was clogged and I called a few plumbers who couldn't come out in a timely manner or who didn't answer their phone.
I came upon Zoom Drain and called them. To my delight they answered their phone promptly and were able to send somebody out in a reasonable time. Kyle was the technician sent to unclog my drain. He was friendly, professional and gave me all the pertinent details. Being a woman I was expecting to be treated like somebody who doesn't know what they're talking about. He treated me just like a valued customer.

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

Our water heater began leaking on a Saturday. The technicians came out to look at it within 2 hours of my call and gave me an estimate that was well within line of estimates I had previously gotten. They scheduled it for Monday at 8:00 am. Showed up right on time; replaced it; they had the new one in and running by 10:45. Really great service and timeliness!!

We called Bullseye at 1:30pm, and by 3pm, their tech Jessie was here to diagnose and solve the issue. He was very thorough in the process of elimination and narrowing down the problem, then he went straight to work in solving the issue ... even staying past 5pm on a Friday night to get the job completed. We appreciate the quick response by Bullseye, and the thoroughness of Jessie's work in detecting and solving our issue - he went above and beyond!

Vanderveer Plumbing (Bill & Cody) installed trenchless at my home as I was constantly having to call a plumber to snake the pipes due to tree roots and old pipes. I was referred to them by another neighbor. Bill informed me of a program in which I could get a very very low interest loan from the county to do this work which was also quick and easy. Bill and Cody were thorough, meticulous, responsive and fast. Bill made the entire process effortless on my end. It was one of the smoothest contractor jobs I have experienced. I highly recommend.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
