My name is Michael. I called Ace on 12/2/20 at 3:15 p.m. I asked for a quote on a water heater. Ace gave me a two hour window as to when they would be at my house the next day to look at my water heater. Ace informed me they would be at my house on the next day to replace my water heater. On 12/4 Ace arrived at my house at 9:15 in the morning and replaced my water heater. Great service I highly recommend Ace to everyone. GREAT PROFESSIONALS.

Just had a visit from Cecilio Duran from NewWRX . He was able to work us in quickly for an emergency. We are grateful. This is the third time we've had him out to do work and since ours is an older home, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him. Just have to take a minute to say how impressed we are. I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.

I had this company dispatched through my home warranty the technician came out diagnosed the unit I waited 2 weeks for parts the part worked for about an hour and stopped working I called the company they were very unprofessional said they were not going to fix it and would not return my money either I don't know who runs this company but this is definitely not the way to do business and I will definitely be contacting the BBB and a lawyer in this matter Thank you and have a great day
