He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed the problem perfectly. He understood our needs and concerns and he was extremely reassuring as he proceeded to work on the replacement of the entire piping under the house.I was 100% satisfied. Incompetent and rude, keep dropping F-bombs while my wife was on a conference call. I called to fix my dryer. Said the control board was bad $475.00. I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

They are sitting on water heater repair issue for 21 days. Response is pathetic. They have no clue. The lady on the phone does not the status of when the repair will happen and the so called supervisor is absent all the time
