Do Not use this service!!!!! This company is the biggest scam and waste of your time!! I called to get bolts replaced on my business bathroom toilet and I was informed of a $89 charge for coming out. The technician looked at the toilet for 1 minute then came back with price options of $1260, $900 , $750 and $450 for “bandaid” service which mean what the heck does that mean??? I ended paying the $89 for nothing I would be very learybofbthis company as they are con artist.

Daniel and Fig's plumbing were highly recommended to me from a good friend who is a rel estate agent. Very responsive, on time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a backup in my guest bath shower and sink. They came quickly and resolved it in a timely manner. They replaced two toilets. There was a miscommunication about one of the toilets because there are three in the house. Daniel personally went the extra mile and returned to the dump to retrieve the toilet. Very impressed with the service to our water heater, which was malfunctioning and eventually was replaced. All done in the same day, and the technician demonstrated how to restart the pilot light if it went out. Could not have asked for a better experience!

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

Troubleshooting problems with my undersink waterheater. After some research on the heater he found out it was the faucet that went bad, not the heater. They were polite and professional.

When I called them they told me there is a 90$ diagnostic charge and I agreed to that ! Later I found out they charged me $197 without my knowledge ! These people are very deseptive and dishonest! I wouldn't recommend this company!
In my opinion they are literally thieves!
