This is what I expect as a customer, a service technician that knows his job! A no B/S technician who can diagnose the problem, and repair it without trying to sell you a new system that would be extremely, expensive! He was pleasant, easy to talk to! and explain the problem with your AC unit explain the cost, and repair the system.

David Ortiz and his crew are outstanding in what they do...re-piping houses. He uses the preferred pipe, Pex A, not Pex B which is not the preferred piping,..David and his men are professionals; you could not ask for a better group of workers in your home.

Allen was incredible while he inspected and serviced our cooling system. He was very detailed in his explanations and provided pictures for us to review at the completion of his inspection. I would recommend Allen and Bonney to anyone looking for professional and reliable service.

Excellent! Fast, friendly, professional service...and very affordable! I needed to replace my leaking water heater immediately, and they were able to replace it within just a few hours on very short notice (from the moment I called them, to the end). I really liked that they listened to my needs, and did not try to upsell me. They even took my old water heater away for free. Will definitely be using them again in the future, and highly recommend them.

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Our small, 61 year old house needed new plumbing. The galvanized pipes and the antiquated pipe layouts had seen their final days. Here is what we wanted replaced: 2 outdoor spigot (bibs), all of our kitchen pipes (except inside), some of our 2 bathrooms (some copper had been previously replaced during older upgrades), our laundry area pipes, water heater piping and the pipe from the house to the water main that was BEHIND our shed. We wanted to add: another outdoor bib and a refrigerator water line with a little box to turn it on and off (better to prevent leaks under the house).

I reached out to 4 plumbers. Three showed up to give me free estimates and one no-showed to our scheduled appointment. Of the 3, 1 estimate was $10k, which I received 8 days after the walkthrough. The second was for $5,600 but he told me he doesn't do water mains. Additionally, neither estimate included most of the work I asked for. It was like they took a template from someone else's house and tacked on my address. Chris arrived professional and knowledgeable and his estimate arrived within 1 business day for $9353 for everything, including digging a trench around our shed to replace the water main. As we walked around, he pointed out areas that he would configure just a little differently for a better outcome; he didn't simply look at the number or location of pipes. I was sold. Chris worked around our schedule, which included a vacation.

He and his crew showed up on time. They were excellent communicators. They were polite and kind. Most importantly, they were skilled and professional.

At the end of the job, there were some complications they had to fix that were not their fault, yet they fixed the issues anyway, and didn't charge me.

Chris said the job would take 3 days, it took 3 days. He said they would show up on a date and time, they showed up on that date and time. The crew completed all the work with really great detail and left everything clean. Those little extras that make a job better, that Chris had pointed out during his walkthrough had been done and he didn't nickel and dime us, didn't try to upsell us, they just did it. They used standard materials which is copper for anything underground or that would be exposed to the elements and PEX for pipes under our house (in our crawl space. He said it would cost $9353 for everything and he invoiced us $9353...and he guarantees his work.

I called this company to come check the plumbing under my house and cable my shower drains. He said that under the house was fine and was unable to remove the screws from the shower drain to cable it. My husband removed the screws in 10 seconds. I called a different company for the under the house issue. Turns out there is a major problem. I will no longer give this company my business
