I call him back the next day and advised him that when I press on the door the dryer works fine. Turns out is the door latch was worn. When I explained the real issue he told me I should have diagnosed it myself. Refuse to refund me full amount. Do not hire...spend your money elsewhere. Now I'll be taking him to court for the balance.

Danny came out found the problem. And did something he had only done 3 times in his career. Stick his arm down our sewer pipe and pulled out a bunch of... well you know. It wasn't pretty, but he did cause our mom is on dialysis and backed up sewer is really unhealthy for her. We truly appreciate everything he did. Awesome service. If we ever need any type of plumbing or sewer service in the future. We won't hesitate to call them back.
