This company is thorough from beginning to end. I called and before heading out to my house they listened to my concerns. When Timothy came to my house within 30 minute time at 10:00 pm, he listened to what the problem was. After he analyzed the situation, he told me exactly what was needed and explained it all to me. He completed work in a timely manner. He was professional from start to end. I will use again

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Their texting system to communicate the logistics of the upcoming appointment was helpful. I highly recommend their services and working with Charles was easy. I am so impressed with Absolute Rooter & Plumbing!! I put a request on Angies List and within 10-15 minutes they responded and came right out! I had a water main break and they took care of it right then and there. They are the best I have found are now our go to guys whenever we have an issue. Don't even hesitate to call them. They are professional, clean, very well mannered and provided excellent service!

Friendly, honest and dependable!

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
