I called at 2 pm on Monday for a crack in the toilet tank. Michael said he could have someone there between 4:30 and 6:30. At 5 pm Justice called and the toilet needed replacement. He left text at 7 pm with a photo of installed toilet.

This was in a tenant occupied 2 bed 1 bath unit. It was urgent and Plumbing solutions did it!!! And did it well. Thank you.

In January we found a leak and discovered we had faulty Kitec pipe in our house. Faced with the enormous task of repiping our house (400 feet of pipe!!) we chose Dave for the job. He did an awesome job! He kept work spaces clean, was super polite and went out of his way to keep us as comfortable as possible during the whole process. We also had Dave replace our water heater with a new heat-pump hybrid electric model. He went above an beyond making sure everything was perfect and we were happy with the outcome! I would definitely recommend him!!

My water heater went out late last night and leaked everywhere I called Domco and they answered my call right away and got me on there schedule for first thing in the morning, so they send out a 2 man team and they Thoroughly explained to me what the problem was they hopped on it right away and Were extremely kind and I’m looking forward to using them from now on, now that I’ve used Domco I will never go back to the any old plumber they truly are the best if I could give them a six star review I most definitely would!

Jeff from Abe Lincoln Plumbing came out today to take a look at a leaky toilet. He was attentive to what I told him about the issue and took the time to explain things to me. He identified that our toilet was sitting high enough that it didn't actually touch the original wax ring, causing the leak, and was able to put in two rings to raise the seal up to meet the toilet and resolve the issue. It was excellent working with Jeff. I will definitely work with Abe Lincoln Plumbing again!

OMG this company is the best and I highly recommend All Phase Plumbing!

Yesterday morning, I smelled gas off my back porch and called PG&E, who arrived within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the leak was so bad, they had to shut off the gas to my home.

I called All Phase Plumbing and Ami & Sally, in the office, worked to adjust their schedule and to fit me in for the very next morning, Friday! WOW...

Brandon, the plumber, arrived right on time. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what he needed to do to locate the leak and then we would discuss options. Poor guy had to spend so much time under my house, crawling all over to locate the leak. Once he located the leak, out he came and gave me the news. There was a corroded gas line for the laundry. I've never used a gas dryer, so I gave him the ok to cap it off and back under the house he went, still sporting that great attitude.

I am happy to report PG&E just left and I'm all hooked up to gas again. Thank you, thank you All Phase Plumbing, you have a customer for life !!! Lori

Russell is prompt, pleasant to talk to. Did a great job replacing my broken water pipe. And he also helped me clear the 2 faucets that were draining very slow. I will call him again whenever I need help with my plumbing. Very dependable. Thanks Russell.

I called ARP with a clogged drain system. I already troubleshot the problem and had no desire to purchase a drain cleaning piece of equipment. George, the owner, answered my call, was very pleasant to speak with and committed to coming out within the hour on a Monday afternoon regardless of what was a full work load. He personally showed up, was extremely efficient and effective! A true professional! Clog cleared, money saved, excellent value and a great guy!

I could not have been more satisfied with the service he provided. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
