Miracle Works needs to be your 1st contact for any plumbing and/or drain repair. Jeff provided quick and outstanding service to fix the leak in my kitchen faucet. He provided a quote with a reasonable price right away, had the part and was able to fix it then and there. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any plumbing or drain repairs. Called them on a Saturday and Pedro had someone call me back immediately to come out. He showed up within the hour and was here for some time assessing our problem. He was very nice and professional. They got a crew out the next business day to perform the actual work. Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
