They cancelled my appointment two separate times because I didn't return their call fast enough. I had even *confirmed* my appointment over the phone the morning of my 2nd appointment. They called again just before the plumber was dispatched and i returned their call within TWELVE MINUTES and they had already sent the plumber elsewhere and needed to reschedule for a third time because I had not called back with 10 minutes. I was not going to make arrangements for a 3rd time to stay home for half the day anxiously awaiting their call and drop everything I'm doing to make sure I answer call back in 10 minutes. Worst service policy I've ever heard of.

My wife runs a home daycare. The kitchen faucet handle broke and the guest bathroom sink cracked on the same day. I called Antonio, who was referred to me by a friend, in the evening. He was here by noon the next day and had everything back in order before I got home in the evening. I was very impressed with Antonio's quick response and quality work. Rooney's Plumbing is the best service in the Sacramento area. I have used their services quite a few times. I was surprised when a young woman showed up to unclog my toilet. She did an excellent job. David saved the day! Our water heater started leaking Sunday night and Abe Lincoln Plumbing was the only plumber able to make a house call that evening. David showed up within a 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem (old unit/cracked bottom), turn off the water heater, and help drain the unit. He returned within 48 hours to replace the old water heater and install the new one. David was prompt, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, and got the job done quickly. We would highly recommend Abe Lincoln Plumbing and Heating.

From the moment I called, their team was quick, skilled, and polite. They worked quickly and carefully to clear out my clogged drains, making them run smoothly again.

When he arrived we had a couple of questions regarding our options, as we had already had others out to do repairs to this toilet with no avail. He immediately responded rudely and appeared offended that we had any questions about the job. He wanted 175$ to snake the toilet, and if that didn't work he wanted 300-350$ more to remove the toilet and do a more invasive clearing. We reiterated several time that we had no problem compensating him for his time and work, we just didn't want to pay for anything we didn't need if there was a better option to start with. He then walked out of our house saying we could do it ourselves and then proceeded to tell us that we should go to whitey instead. I was deeply offended and intimidated by the behavior he displayed in my home, which was especially shocking being that he seemed professional and personable during our initial phone conversations. I will not be recommending him to anyone, and I hope this review will help others avoid similar treatment.

Completed the job in such a meticulous and timely fashion I actually used the term artisan.
His work and professionalism was so unique I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or to use him in the future. Price was less than three previous quotes.
