On June 16th I had been out of town.When I got home at 11:00 pm my house was very hot and my air conditioner wasn't working. After I spent the night trying to cool the house the best I could I was awake early the next morning.I made a call to Ace Plumbing,Heating & Air Conditioning and the nice lady I spoke with said she could have a man there in the afternoon.Early in the afternoon Dennis arrived at my house. In just a very few minutes he had the problem figured out. A blown condenser, which he quickly replaced.Once he finished the A C started working properly and cooled the house down very well.I am really impressed with the fast, professional,service I received from Dennis. His skill as a mechanic reflect credit on himself and Ace Plumbing Heating & A C. Thanks! I would recommend Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!

The plumber was highly competent and thorough about his work. After work, he then explained the pipe situation and how he repaired it.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Called about an exterior leak, they went into my neighbors home, failed to find the leak, said nothing to me. when I called to find out what was going on and hopefully get this leak actually looked at I was yelled at and hung up on. very poor customer service. the technician who did come out was excellent and fixed the issue quickly and easily.

This company was assigned by my warranty company. My issue was no hot water coming in shower. The technician came from this company, inspected and told that they will order a part and will schedule the appointment to install. After 2 weeks the technician came and replaced the part, technician was ready to leave, I asked him to stay until I test it out. The issue wasn’t fixed. I told him to check. The technician then called few people and didn’t appear confident in the next two steps he asked me to do which would cost me extra expenses.There was no paperwork provided either. The office staff was unprofessional. Another company was able to fix the issue without the need for me to follow the two things that was told by the technician of this company. I saved money and able to take showers now. I do not recommend this company as they were not professional, inexperienced and didn’t commit to fixing the issue.
