After receiving several other estimates that were pretty much the same as his, I decided to except his offer. He showed at or agreed upon time, and repaired my issue. This letter is to serve as a testimonial for the excellent plumbing work performed in our home by Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing, located at 9972 Park Way, Elk Grove, CA 95624

We purchased our home in 2001 and the original plastic plumbing pipe used was the “infamous Kitec Pipe.” We had heard several reports of leaking and flooding problems in homes in our area whereas the problems were due to failures with their “Kitec” pipping.

Based on those incidents, we decided to have the “Kitec” pipping removed and replaced with a more suitable product. That decision led us into the interviewing process with several of the local plumbing companies. Since this was not going to be a simple “fix-it project,” we needed to be reassured that the company would do “what they said” and would stand-by their product. We found that company in the SACRAMENTO REPIPE & PLUMBING COMPANY.

Any company can make claims, but it is through their employees that those assertions are in fact, executed. Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing brought in true professionals to perform the very detailed job of replacing and changing out all of our Kitec pipping. In addition, they did so in an orderly manner, while always ensuring that their work areas were clean before leaving for the day.

I cannot say enough about Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing and am proud to recommend their services to anyone that needs a professional, well-led team to perform plumbing work in their home.

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. I am extremely satisfied with the work Chris and Dakota have done in addressing and resolving our plumbing issues under our home. My home was built in 1957 and had the original old cast iron pipes. I called EAMS Plumbing and they determined we had two huge leaks: the cast iron kitchen line clean out was corroded and the laundry line from the garage to underneath the house was also corroded and leaking. Chris and Dakota removed the decayed and broken cast iron pipes and replaced them with new ABS pipes. With Chris’s knowledge and expertise of plumbing, our pipes are now working flawlessly, with no leaks, and are now up to Code. In researching their licensure with the state CSLB, I was reassured this company is in good standing and reliable. Their professionalism, work ethic and cleanliness is more than worth every penny spent! Great work and I strongly recommend them if you need any plumbing repairs!

A bit disappointed with our first interaction with them. We called them expressing interest in trying out their service for our rentals but the first interaction on the phone was quite uncomfortable. They were not comfortable with that fact that as a business our lines are recorded for quality assurance and this isn't the greatest sign. What a bummer as I liked what their website had to say and we manage a large volume of properties that could have been a ton of business for them.

Ted's Plumbing assisted us with our Rental in a very speedy manner. He replaced all our faucets, toilets, and shower doors and as a bonus referred us to a great floor guy and all at excellent prices. Thanks Ted's Plumbing! We will call you again.

Very honest staff

We sprung a huge leak after i tried some DIY under the sink. There was no stopping it, luckily after being calmed and assured someone would come out from Pacific Routers hq a very knowledgeable and courteous gentleman arrived fast and fixed the pipes and in less than an hr bam, running water. Great people great prices

I have had this company out 3 times for my water heater. The first time they came out they replaced the most common cause of the water heater going out. Understandable, but still wouldn’t stay lit. Second time was to see what was wrong and order the part. Almost 3 weeks later after my water heater going out, they come and replace the gas control unit in front, what they didn’t do is put the pilot ignition switch back onto it because “the bracket wasn’t the right one.” I looked in the bag of parts and there is the correct new bracket that is supposed to be used that, under my impression, they didn’t want to bother installing. So they left it dangling. So when I go to try and restart the pilot light I will sometimes get shocked doing so. Needless to say this is a hazard in itself and the corners they cut are a definite safety concern. There are also other new parts that they didn’t replace in the bag. As well, they forgot to even turn the water valve back on before they left. If they can’t pay attention to detail I don’t want them to work on anything anymore. Definitely would stay away from this company as they seem to not do a job professional and fully.
