We needed a plumber ASAP to unclog a bathtub for us. Once we made the call, he was out knocking on our front door within the hour. Very professional and was done in less than five minutes for something that could’ve taken quite longer. Very reliable indeed.

Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. This guy is full of what’s clog in my toilet I gave him a call to see if he could come unclog my toilet his reply was at 10Pm at night come on man…. Why have your hours set on here for 24 hours service DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THIS GUY

They came out to repair my garbage disposal and told me the sink needed to drain before they could fix it or it may ruin my hardwood floors. He said they would come back next week to fix it. They collected payment and have not returned. I have called three times and they can not schedule me or call back. Very unprofessional. I am a unhappy customer.
