I chose R Box Plumbing because of the price, prompt response, and timely scheduling - they were able to get me scheduled same day in the afternoon. They were very professional, personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the dishwasher was installed without any problems, but if an issue with installation comes up in the next year they will come out an remedy it. We called multiple plumbers for a clogged main line at 7:30p and Paul was the only one willing to help us the same night. He was at our house in less than an hour. We couldn't find the clean out in front of the house so he told us where to dig and said he would be back in the morning. We ended up finding it and Paul came back the same night to fix the clog. Great service! Will call Paul again for future issues.

Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They text and Ebel when they are on their way so it's no surprise along with a picture of your plumber so you feel at ease. The plumber himself was very professional and kind!
