Best Drainage Service in Sacramento CA

I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

I had a leaking water heater on Saturday of a holiday weekend
Called Domco, they took my call and promptly scheduled service for the day of the holiday (monday)
I was impressed that someone was on call to help me and Service was scheduled very quickly for what I considered a major problem
The service technicians Rob and Jody showed up first thing in the morning
Rob discussed some options with me and they proceeded to change out my waterheater
Rob and Jody were courteous, polite and professional
I really appreciated that they were able to help me on a Holiday
My water heater was installed perfectly

Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They are incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and even spend extra time giving me pointers on how to take care of smaller plumbing issues on my own, which saves me money. Very honest staff

Always prompt with emails and texts with arrival times and photos of the plumbers coming to the job. The two plumbers that came in today did a fantastic job. They ran into a slight issue with the toilet but was able to repair the leak with no additional parts needed. Will continue doing business with America's Plumbing.

I looovvveeee totally thankless they came out fixed the bathroom leak their prices were so affordable and I truly felt like they cared not just trying to earn a quick buck I hands down recommend totally thankless for ALL plumbing needs THEY R.O.C.K.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
