I requested a quote and within minutes I received a call from Drew who took my info and got me scheduled to have someone out right away. Bill arrived about 20 mins later and had my plumbing issue fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and he gave me suggestions on how to prevent the problem from happening again. My only regret is that I let my boyfriend try to fix the problem and waited two weeks to call a professional lol Lesson learned.

Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. If you find you are in the same situation, we highly recommend Dave and Sacramento Repipe! Our house is now repiped and passed inspection and we feel so relieved. I had a leaking water heater on Saturday of a holiday weekend
Called Domco, they took my call and promptly scheduled service for the day of the holiday (monday)
I was impressed that someone was on call to help me and Service was scheduled very quickly for what I considered a major problem
The service technicians Rob and Jody showed up first thing in the morning
Rob discussed some options with me and they proceeded to change out my waterheater
Rob and Jody were courteous, polite and professional
I really appreciated that they were able to help me on a Holiday
My water heater was installed perfectly
I'm very impressed with this company and would recommend them

Vanderveer Plumbing (Bill & Cody) installed trenchless at my home as I was constantly having to call a plumber to snake the pipes due to tree roots and old pipes. I was referred to them by another neighbor. Bill informed me of a program in which I could get a very very low interest loan from the county to do this work which was also quick and easy. Bill and Cody were thorough, meticulous, responsive and fast. Bill made the entire process effortless on my end. It was one of the smoothest contractor jobs I have experienced. I highly recommend.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Very honest staff

Always prompt with emails and texts with arrival times and photos of the plumbers coming to the job. The two plumbers that came in today did a fantastic job. They ran into a slight issue with the toilet but was able to repair the leak with no additional parts needed. Will continue doing business with America's Plumbing.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
