I was very unhappy with price , and upset , but upon on emailing them finding out there was a misunderstanding, they thought my toilet tub and washer needed service with pipes , that it was only my tub and toilet that ,I actually said flooded by my washer , not that my washer needed pipe snake service as well , they refunded me that cost which was a significant amount to where it would of affected something more important me taking my dog to vet , without any argument , they just said it was miscommunication, and this meant so much to me since , not only was I in major car accident this week , I was graced to come through unharmed , then fractured foot on from broken snow globe , I dropped and slipped in water , and my dog of many years sadly passed away and then my downstairs flooded all at same time with in 3 days one of the worst weeks of my life , they were unaware of this horrible week I’ve had , and It was just going to be cherry on top the bill , They made my week in in darkness see a little glimmer of light . Thank you , They refunded me over 200 dollars which I used to take my sick dog to vet , everything is for a miraculous reason .

This company installed a gas line from my service meter all the way into my kitchen. The plumber, Justice, was very knowledgeable and communicated with me on the progress of the job. He finished everything in a day and we were ready for inspection the very next day. These guys are quick, honest, and do the job right the first time. We passed inspection with no problems! Sacramento Repipe does exceptional work! We bought a new home that needed to be 100% repiped due to dreaded KITEC plumbing. The owner, Dave, gave us a quote during our investigation period and when we closed, I called him up and he fit us in on the schedule immediately as I explained we were trying to move into our home ASAP. All throughout the process, Dave was big on communication and you can tell he is super passionate about his work, his positive energy is infectious! From start to finish, Dave walked us through each step, so we understood exactly what they were doing, he patiently answered all of our questions, and he and his crew kept the house neat and clean thru the whole job. They were respectful and they made the process very easy, we are so happy we didn’t turn down our home due to the plumbing. Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

These guys never called me back. I went with Bonney instead, and they were awesome. They had someone out here and the leak in the pipe (which was in a wall and tricky to get to) repaired in under 4 hours.

Vanderveer Plumbing (Bill & Cody) installed trenchless at my home as I was constantly having to call a plumber to snake the pipes due to tree roots and old pipes. I was referred to them by another neighbor. Bill informed me of a program in which I could get a very very low interest loan from the county to do this work which was also quick and easy. Bill and Cody were thorough, meticulous, responsive and fast. Bill made the entire process effortless on my end. It was one of the smoothest contractor jobs I have experienced. I highly recommend.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
