Dave was exceptionally nice and very informative.

Had the company install a new heating and air unit on our house. We hired them as a Home Depot certified company. 13 months after the installation the air conditioner is not functioning. Called to schedule an appointment and was told the service warranty is up 12 months) and they have absolutely NO appointments available. Of course they promise you the world when trying to get you to buy a new unit. HORRIBLE company. Keep looking and hire someone else!

I have always used Gilmore and everything they have done has been excellent, but I did have a bad experience with them recently. After installing a new water heater, the heat level is not what I like, which is HOT water. The water temp now would barely be considered hot, and when I called them they sent a service man who said he wouldn't turn the temperature up, because he didn't want it to scald me. Hell, it's not even HOT, let alone scalding!!! I would expect more after an almost $5,000 water heater replacement bill!!!!!! And from Gilmore.
