We had our house water pipes completely replaced. If there was a way to give zero stars I would do it. The county had to come out 3 times to approve the permit because they would not finish the job per code nor to the contract. We had 4 different people from Park come out again because the guys just could not get it correct. They pressured my wife to pay for the whole job when it was not even close to being finished and I am so glad I did not fully pay until it was done because I doubt it would have been completed. We had to explain to them what the county wanted to get the house to code....which is mind boggling that a plumbing contractor would not know code. They insulated cold water pipes thinking that was code. This company is frustrating to work with.
Just wanted to add...it took almost 2 weeks to get someone out to fix a leak on one of the fixtures they installed and only then because I called and screamed at them to come fix the leak.

The gentleman that worked on our HVAC not only exemplified great customer service, but did it with a smile. Our plumber crawled under of our house in very tight and cramped areas to repair duct work. My PG&E bill was around $300 prior to his fix, then dropped down to $45 afterwards. I would say he did a phenomenal job! I'm impressed with our plumber's work and my wife and I are truly grateful!
