I was in a rush to get plumbing hooked up and faucets installed after renovation. Aaron came out next day and on time. Very professional and did a wonderful job. I called a handful of places and found Aaron's price the most reasonable.

I am very impressed with the service. Their customer service is excellent. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and professional, and prices are fair. I trust them. I had called another local plumbing company who came and took pictures, but I never heard from them again. I assume they were not up to the task. Dmitriy of Rbox plumbing came to my house introduced himself shook my hand and gave me an estimate. After receiving several other estimates that were pretty much the same as his, I decided to except his offer. He showed at or agreed upon time, and repaired my issue. I needed quotes for installing the Pelican water filtration/conditioner system that I purchased from the manufacturer. I posted my requirement via the Yelp website and Golden Valley Plumbing was one of the first to respond within a couple of hours. I checked their website and I noticed that they have installed the same brand/system that I purchased. The person that I dealt with initially has a pleasing personality over the phone and that was a good start. After meeting Val, i knew I made the right decision to choose Golden Valley Plumbing. I presented Val what/how/where I needed the system placed. He made recommendation that made more sense without costing me arms & legs. Val and Arthur team-up to do the installation. Golden Valley pricing was very competitive and their workmanship was very well done, I was happy with the end result. I would use them again for plumbing services and would recommend them to family, friends, and whomever would have a chance to read my post.

In January we found a leak and discovered we had faulty Kitec pipe in our house. Faced with the enormous task of repiping our house (400 feet of pipe!!) we chose Dave for the job. He did an awesome job! He kept work spaces clean, was super polite and went out of his way to keep us as comfortable as possible during the whole process. We also had Dave replace our water heater with a new heat-pump hybrid electric model. He went above an beyond making sure everything was perfect and we were happy with the outcome! I would definitely recommend him!!

I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
