Great job on changing out my water heater. Delivered & removed water heater, job was done in a reasonable amount of time with everything up to code. Price was great under $1000! Glad I found a honest & reasonable plumber!

Val and Golden Valley Plumbing were recommended to me by my contractor during a full kitchen remodel. We had a pipe break with roots in the main line. We got 3 quotes from other companies recommending a drain re-route. Val was the most knowledgeable, had the lowest quote, and finished in a single day. Val and Arthur did quality work, came on time, and they were extremely professional. I called them out again to repair the gas line to my oven (100 year old bent pipe problems). I recommend Golden Valley Plumbing to all my friends.

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

They installed water line for my fridge and ended up flooding my entire kitchen. The guy turned the water back on but didn't close the valve he just installed. His response was welp things happen. Didn't offer discount, didn't offer fan just cleaned up the visible water and left. I spent the rest of the day wiping off counter, cabinets and attempting to dry floors. My baseboards were also damaged. I had to call the office to let them know what happened days later. The owner came out looked at my floors like it wasnt a big deal said he would cut me a check which was for the price I payed for the fan I had to buy to dry my floor.
My floors were less the 6 months installed. Now a few months later my floors are bubbled up in the area that was flooded. Don't recommend this company.

Edit response to owner: I am 100% sure I have the correct company. I have a picture of the check you sent me for the fan I had to buy to dry my floors and record of payment from my debit card. The picture of owner on your website is the same guy that came to my house. I tried to call a couple months later about my floors and no answer of course. I will not be removing my review. Do better.

Jeff was very friendly and professional. He explained the issue and presented options to fix it, as well as costs up front. Having been in real estate for many years, I have met A LOT of contractors, 10 out of 10 would recommend Jeff and Abe Lincoln plumbing.

Ted just switched a hose bibb at my house and not only was he VERY reasonably priced, he's very hones, personable, and straight forward. I will be recommending him to ALL of my friends and family in the area.

Very honest staff

I had broken gas lineReceived estimated cost based solely on visual inspection. It was explained until farther inspection including disconnecting and clearing lines cost was estimate. After further inspection the work began. 1 90degree galvanized 3/4 fitting 1 slip joint 1 piece 4 foot pipe. Work took 45 minutes from start to finish. Never received formal estimate then they hit me with $1400 bill. To date still have no breakdown. Very sad they took advantage of a senior citizen on a limited fixed income , I realize it was a Saturday emergency call but let’s be honest here this is abusive . Happy Holidays to them mine are gone

Russell with Sacramento Sewer & Drain was incredible! We needed a toilet replaced and not only did he come to our house the same day I called, but it was a Sunday. He even offered to go to Home Depot to pick up the toilet for us! His rates were reasonable and he cleaned up everything when he was done. I will definitely use him in the future.
