We engaged Val to perform the Yearly Rinnai Tankless water heater maintenance.
We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

Dave could not have been nicer! He began the job with a smile on his face and ended the job with a smile on his face. I am a doityourself kinda gal and Dave allowed me to be right in there watching every step of his work. He was quick and professional. Keeping the work site clean was very important to him as well. I called at 4 pm on a Friday for a property I manage with a water heater that had started flooding the house. Victor was very helpful in finding a plumber that was willing to work after hours to accommodate the urgent issue. He was able to get a plumber at the house within 30 minutes of my phone call. Da'Marus was beyond professional and helped to quickly get the water to stop flooding by adding a drainage line to the water heater that was in desperate need of replacement. This water heater was installed inside one of the built in kitchen cabinets, so it was no easy task to get it replaced. Da'Marus returned to the property and continued to work an additional 6 hours to get the water heater replaced and up to code. I highly recommend Rapid First for their timeliness to address urgent issues, their quality of communication and their employees and technicians going the extra mile when this property manager was in desperate need. When no body else would make time, Rooneys plumbing stepped up! I am renting a home in Sacramento, and have been having issues with the plumbing. Rooneys plumbing was out to the house within the hour, the technician was very professional, and upfront about the cost. The tech. was able to get my main line cleared out in a matter of minutes, and did not charge me and arm, or a leg to get it done. Thank you very much for helping me! not being able to flush your own toilets is rather distressing, and its nice to deal with an honest company.

Getting work done on our new residence before move-in. Jeff was very friendly and professional. He got there on time and went to work. He went through the home inspector's report and fixed the immediate repair items needed quickly and with minimum fuss. He also provided us with quotes for some work we might do later.

They did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. They text me back with an appointment time soon after I contacted them on the Thumbtack app. They fixed it the next day in less than an hour and were very reasonably priced. Very prompt and professional.

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues. This will be my go to company for as long as I have property in the areas they service. Thank you Jeff's.
