Best Air Purification in Sacramento CA

My water heater broke at 2 AM, and was flooding the living room. The water shut off on the water heater was frozen, so I couldn't turn off the water. The manager of my building was unavailable, so I called several 24/7 emergency plumbing companies, and Colin at ACE called me back right away. He was very knowledgeable and patient as he talked me through the process of turning off the water at the main shut off to my condo. The 3 other companies I'd called finally called me back at 7:30 and 8 AM; if it hadn't been for Colin at ACE, I would have been swimming laps across my living room by then. You can be sure that ACE Plumbing is now on my speed dial!

It is a wasted day to wait for technician to show up and I thought they were going to show up by two but it was 2:40. It says that a new air filter was put in, didn't happen, and I was under the impression that coils inside and out would be cleaned under this tune up but only the outside which I clean myself and this is why only three stars. The technician was friendly and done the job he came to do so nothing bad there. Just feel that I could have used that money better as the only reason for the tune up so the inside coils would be cleaned.

Anthony was prompt and quick to come to our home when your AC went out. We have an older unit, and he was very straightforward with out options. Die the high level of issues, we decided to with replacing the unit. We felt taken care of and that he had our interests and even safety at heart.
