Great job so far. Found the issue and was able to fix it in spite of some issues. He had the parts to fix it in the van so he didn’t have to come back which is great. So far so good. And he cleaned up when he left and was polite and respectful.

We had a great experience with our Technicians Paul and Slavic. They were clean, professional, and polite. I was worried about how my day would be affected by the install as we have a 9 year old doing self-study at home and it could be a challenge keeping her focused, however, our technicians were extremely quiet and very professional.
