I had an emergency situation where our Noritz tankless just doesn’t. It was 13 years old and the previous owners Of our home didn’t take care of the maintenance aspect of it...hot mess. I called in a little after 8 AM on a Monday morning and they had someone scheduled for a time slot later that day. Awesome - I had time to go run some errands since I had to call off work, and I actually got a call about 2 hours later saying Matt Rhynes was on his way back from the desert and could stop by a few hours earlier, which was great news. He went up in the attic to take a look, sat on hold forever with Noritz twice and worked with their tech support to figure out the best action steps to take. I was grateful to have been given a few options, with the best/most cost effective/rational option being to replace it and get us up & running the same night. He gave us a few model options and the one he installed is actually one he planned on installing himself, so you know it’s a great product. He took great care of us, explained everything with what was going wrong (or right), got the parts and unit he needed, took the old One out and installed the new one and got me hot water the same day! I’m definitely grateful and Matt was a cool dude the entire time. Thank you again and will definitely recommend you guys to others!

I had great experience with Active Plumbing Solutions. Drake was the plumber who detected and fixed three leaks in the last couple months concerning a rental property I have. My unit is unfortunately a downstairs unit and sustained leaks from upstairs and from common wall pipes. For the first two leaks, other plumbers I hired couldn't find the causes and Drake was very thorough on inspection, and accurately identified the causes. For the third leak, I directly hired Drake without hesitation. Drake provided reasonable estimate for his arrival window, and when he knew he was about to run late due to other jobs running overtime, he had the courtesy to call ahead of time to notify me. He was always punctual on appointment, communicated well and he is honest, caring and professonal. I hope I don't have to use his service again, but if I do, I will definitely hire him.

Great service! Korin quoted a price before starting working on my leak. Once he started he realized it was improperly installed and repaired for much less! Will use again.

The first person they sent couldn’t resolve the issue I was having and left after I paid the minimum service fee of $89. Being very disappointed, I later called All Pro back and asked to speak with a manager. The very next morning (Sunday 😊) Michale, of All Pro called me back to inquire about my dissatisfaction. After explaining the situation he apologized and said he would send his best man (Chris) that very same day!! Chris ultimately did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. It was a little complicated and not a simple fix but Chris diligently saw it through to the end with the resolution👏👏. I was very satisfied and would strongly recommend All Pro to anyone!

From the initial call I made to Roto-Rooter this morning to the time the technician, Joe, left our home with work completed, was about 2 1/2 hours. Our toilets, shower and bathtub were overflowing voraciously so we really appreciated such speedy and efficient service! We highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Benjamin’s Plumbing is fantastic! I called him and he came out immediately. He worked on my kitchen faucet which wasn’t working. He fixed the faucet and helped me order replacement parts under warranty. I highly recommend this company.

Doesn't mean they have the skills to repair your Refrigerator. Look for an experienced technician. Who's been in the business for awhile.
