I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I had to get my water pressure fixed. OneStop came with a free diagnostic and found that my regulator needs replacing.Next business day, they sent Joe Eichelberger too replace my regulator. I'm surprised how fast he was able to replace it given that he had to trim a bunch of bushes to get to it. Sorry Joe and thanks again!OneStop has been really professional and their work is warranted as well. I would definitely recommend them!

Very responsive and professional, both over the phone when scheduling and requesting estimates, and when performing services. Completed trenchless sewer repair, and were so concerned about uprooting a fruit tree, they even helped replant it! Was soo happy with their services, called them back out for a broken drain pipe in kitchen wall. Highly recommend.

We own a duplex in the Silverlake area that had a serious sewage blockage that was overflowing into the street. When I called HSQ I spoke to Ray. He responded to the unit within 2 hours and immediately set out to diagnose the problem. Within 2 days they had the blockage cleared and the break in the line fixed. Without question this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. Ray was professional, knowledgeable and gave us a very fair price for the work that was involved. The quick response by HSQ saved us from having to relocate all of the tenants at an additional expense. I would recommend this company without hesitation for all of your plumbing needs. They are truly a five star plus company.
